Nicki Minaj Makes Good on Her Promise to Help Fans Pay for School, Says She Plans to Keep Doing It

Earlier this week Nicki Minaj announced that she would help pay fans’ education costs, if they got straight A’s. On Friday (May 12), she showed that she is making good on the promise and revealed this would be an ongoing event.

The “No Frauds” rapper posted a list of names to her Instagram account, noting thousands of dollars in loans, tuition and books she had helped pay off this week. She added that she will be soon launching a charity for the cause as well, with another “impromptu payment spree” coming in the next couple months.

“This makes me so happy,” she wrote. “I’ll do another impromptu payment spree in a month or 2 but pls know that I’m launching my official charity for Student Loans/Tuition Payments VERY SOON! You’ll be able to officially sign up! I’ll keep you posted!”
