Nick Young’s Ex, Keonna Green, Confirms She’s Pregnant With Their Baby
Keonna Green is breaking her silence about those pregnancy and cheating rumors following Nick Young’s split from Iggy Azalea. In an interview with Us Weekly, Keonna reveals that she is indeed 22 weeks pregnant with a baby girl who is “200 percent Nick’s child.” The Los Angeles Lakers player and the “Fancy” rapper just officially broke up last month after dating for more than two years and getting engaged in June 2015.
The split came months after a leaked video showed Nick talking about spending time with another woman. Iggy revealed last week that she called it quits after finding out he had cheated on her in her own home. In response, Nick tweeted, “If you perfect then be perfect I live in a world where ppl f*** up learn from it and move on.”
Nick is said to be rolling with the baby news, though it’s been an adjustment. “He’s always supportive, but he was in shock,” Keonna said. “With him being in a public relationship, he didn’t know how to handle it.” This will be the second child Keonna and Nick share, joining 4-year-old son Nick Jr.
Keonna revealed that the two rekindled their romance in September, three months after Nick and Iggy got engaged. “We would take our son to Magic Mountain together,” she said. “But sometimes Nick would say, ‘Oh, there’s too much traffic,’ and he’d just play with Nicholas in his room. We got caught up in the moment and it just happened. I would be like, ‘Nick, you cannot be sloppy. You need to be honest [with Iggy].’ He would say, ‘I don’t want to hear it.’”
Nick and Iggy have not commented directly about Keonna. The rapper tweeted last week, “I find it baffling anyone would make the choice to bring a child into the world under these circumstances + want attention and $ for it.” But Keonna doesn’t feel guilty about it. “I’m not the reason they separated,” she said, adding, “I didn’t feel guilty because I was in love with a man.”
According to TMZ, Iggy’s legal team had fired off a heated letter to Keonna, warning that any mention of the Aussie in her tell-all interview could land her in hot water.
