Nick Viall Teams Up With Patti Stanger for CW Matchmaking Series (EXCLUSIVE)

Nick Viall is teaming up with the ultimate matchmaker, Patti Stanger. The pair will work together in CW’s upcoming unscripted series, “Patti Stanger: The Matchmaker,” Variety has exclusively learned. The show will premiere on April 11 at 8 p.m. ET.

Viall, who got his start on “The Bachelorette” twice before leading his own season of “The Bachelor,” is now the host “The Viall Files” podcast and a relationship expert. On the series, he will “offer his best tips and tricks in dating as the duo tackles their most challenging clients yet.”

In a statement, Stanger said, “I get a partner with great understanding of relationships, the following of Bachelor Nation and well… he’s easy on the eyes. Quite the package.”

The series will follow Stanger as she helps singles find love while teaching them “the real tools and rules to become the most eligible versions of themselves.”

Per the official logline, “But this time, Patti has a new partner – ‘The Bachelor’ alum Nick Viall is joining her to tackle some of her most challenging clients yet. No case is off limits or too difficult for Patti and Nick to crack. Each episode will feature two clients desperate to find love, with Patti and Nick pushing them to face their fears, identify their emotional core, and in the end, emerge ready to find the one. These are all real dates, real people, real matches… and real love!

From the Intellectual Property Corporation (a part of Sony Pictures Television), Mainstay Entertainment and Patti Stanger Productions, the series is executive produced by Eli Holzman, Aaron Saidman, Patti Stanger, Rob Lee and Thomas Kelly. Kelly will serve as showrunner.

Stanger was previously the star and executive producer of Bravo’s “Millionaire Matchmaker,” which aired for eight seasons between 2008 and 2015. She is the author of multiple books, including “Become Your Own Matchmaker,” “Find Your Match” and “Seal the Deal.”

In 2022, Viall published a dating advice book, “Don’t Text Your Ex Happy Birthday: And Other Advice on Love, Sex and Dating.” He is represented by Settebello Entertainment, United Talent Agency, TMP Artists, Goodman Genow Schenkman Smelkinson & Christopher, LLP and Align Public Relations.
