Nick Stahl Finally Files for Divorce

Nick Stahl and his wife have been on the outs for years and he’s finally decided to officially end the marriage.

The “Terminator 3” star filed divorce documents on Wednesday to make his split from wife Rose official. The couple was married in 2009 and they have one child together.

The couple reportedly split in 2012 — Stahl lists the date of separation as 2014 — and Rose actually filed documents for custody of their daughter, 9-year-old Marlo. Stahl seemingly acknowledges that in his divorce, saying legal and physical custody of Marlo should go to Rose.

As far as money goes, he says there are no assets to split up and he does not want to pay spousal support.

Stahl has had numerous issues over the years and was once actually reported missing by Rose. He was found a few days later and then checked into rehab.

Stahl is best known for his role in “Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines” and on the HBO series “Carnivàle.”
