There she is! Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas brought daughter Malti to her first public event on Monday, January 30. The 12-month-old was watching as the Jonas Brothers received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles. The "Jealous" singer, 30, was with brothers Kevin Jonas and Joe Jonas to accept the honor. Malti was joined by cousins Alena, 8, and Valentina, 6, who Kevin, 35, shares with wife Danielle Jonas. Joe's wife, Sophie Turner, was also on hand for the family affair, which even included Frankie Jonas as a guest speaker. (Turner and Joe also share two kids, who were not in attendance.) Each of the Camp Rock actors thanked their wives and children. "To my beautiful wife, you are the calm in the crazy, the rock in the storm, and I love being married to you," Nick told Chopra Jonas, 40, when he took the podium. "It is the greatest gift. And I love being a parent with you." The Voice coach also had a hilarious message for his little girl: "So Malti Marie — hi baby — I can't wait to come back here with you in 15 years and embarrass you in front of your friends." The Quantico alum and Nick, who wed in December 2018 in India, first announced that they were parents in January 2022, surprising fans after keeping their family plans under wraps. “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate,” the pair wrote in a joint Instagram statement at the time. “We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you so much.” The couple later revealed that Malti was born prematurely and spent the first months of her life in the NICU. She was home in time for Mother's Day that May. “After 100 plus days in the NICU, our little girl is finally home," they shared via Instagram at the time. "Every family’s journey is unique and requires a certain level of faith, and while ours was a challenging few months, what becomes abundantly clear, in retrospect, is how precious and perfect every moment is." Chopra Jonas opened up more about the scary experience in an interview for their February 2023 cover of British Vogue. “I was in the OR [operating room] when she came out. She was so small, smaller than my hand," she explained. "I saw what the intensive-care nurses do. They do God’s work. Nick and I were both standing there as they intubated her. I don’t know how they even found what they needed [in her tiny body] to intubate her.” The new mom continued: “We spent every single day with her on my chest, on my husband’s chest. I didn’t know if she would make it or not.” Scroll down to see photos of the family at the Jonas Brothers' Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony:
