Nick Castellanos hit it out of the park with his wife, Jessica Castellanos (née Gomez).

The couple have been linked since 2017 and share a son named Otto, who arrived in 2022. The Philadelphia Phillies right fielder is also father to Liam Castellanos, whom he welcomed with his ex-wife Vanessa Hernandez.

Though Nick and Jessica are more private when it comes to their relationship, they have shared a few sweet glimpses into their family life. Jessica has posted snaps of her and the boys cheering Nick on at his games, and the whole family attended the 2023 MLB All-Star Game together in July.

She’s been linked to Nick since 2017

Jessica was born on Jan. 8, 1993, to parents Maria and Enrique Sr. She also has an older brother named Enrique.

Jessica shared the first photo of Nick on her Instagram in April 2017. In it, the professional baseball player kisses her hand while he drives. She made her debut on his Instagram a few months later in August, with a picture of her smiling at the camera during an outing.

Nick was playing for the Detroit Tigers when their romance began, where he had been on the team since 2013. Since then, he has also played for the Chicago Cubs and the Cincinnati Reds before joining the Philadelphia Phillies in 2022.

She and Nick are private about their relationship

Jessica actively shares many aspects of her life on Instagram with her more than 23,000 followers, but she doesn’t reveal much about her relationship with Nick.

While the couple reportedly got married in December 2021, Nick and Jessica have not confirmed this or shared photos from their engagement or wedding. That said, Jessica's older brother, Enrique, celebrated the news on his Instagram when she asked him to be her man of honor.

She has a stepson

Nick and his ex-wife Hernandez welcomed son Liam on Aug. 1, 2013, one month before his major league debut with the Detroit Tigers.

Though Liam primarily resides in Florida, where his grandmother homeschools him, he has been welcomed with open arms by Phillies fans, who have come to call Liam a lucky charm, per the Philadelphia Inquirer.

In addition to spending the summer in Philadelphia with Nick and Jessica, Liam is a regular presence at Phillies games, cheering his dad’s team on during their 2022 and 2023 playoff runs.

Liam has made frequent appearances on his stepmother's social media accounts since Jessica and Nick began dating, including dressing up for Halloween together and attending Nick’s baseball games.

She is a mom

Nick and Jessica welcomed their first child together, a son named Otto, on May 4, 2022. He weighed 6 lbs., 11 oz. and measured 20.25 inches long.

Later that year, Otto dressed up as Grogu from The Mandalorian for his first Halloween while his big brother, Liam, went as the titular character for trick or treating in New Jersey.

The costumes were even sweeter because Otto’s birthday, May 4, is a day celebrated by Star Wars fans as it sounds like the iconic line from the films: “May the Force be with you.”

When he turned 1 in May 2023, Jessica shared a series of photos on Instagram of his “ONE happy dude” themed party, which included black, white and yellow decorations, a ball pit and slide, and themed desserts.

In 2019, Nick and Jessica celebrated a new addition to their family. Jessica introduced her Instagram followers to Lola, their Neapolitan mastiff puppy.

“Now that the pups out of the bag & my mom officially knows, meet Lola 🐶,” she captioned a snap of the blue-eyed dog.

Since her arrival, Lola has continued to make regular appearances on her mom’s account, including sweet shots with Nick, Liam and Otto, and even trips on airplanes.
