Next James Bond: The 25 actors who could replace Daniel Craig as 007

Who's next in line to play James Bond after Daniel Craig? Pretty much every actor under the sun has been linked with the 007 role over the past year, so to even whittle it down to 25 names has taken some doing.

With his dual departures from The Witcher and DC, Henry Cavill is currently one of the bookies' favorites to be the next James Bond. Officially, however, the race to replace Daniel Craig as 007 hasn't really started. 

Bond bosses Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson have also said they want the next Bond to stick around for a decade, while Wilson specifically made reference to a "thirtysomething" Bond. That could very well rule out perennial frontrunners Cavill and Idris Elba, the latter of which has seemingly distanced himself from any future search.

If you believe the latest reports, there could even be a fresh frontrunner that fits the mold of a slightly younger Bond. But more on that shortly.
