"The hearts of everyone at Wheel of Fortune go out to the family, friends & fans of Paul Walker," the show added.

Pat Sajak shared his apologies as well, tweeting: "Feel terrible about timing of 'Fast & Furious' puzzle tonight. Taped long ago & went out to 200 local stations days ago."

Walker and his friend Roger Rodas died a fiery car crash in Santa Clarita, Calif., Saturday after the Porsche Carrera GT they were in collided into a tree and a light pole. An investigation into the crash is ongoing, with autopsies underway as of Tuesday, according to The Los Angeles Times.
