‘Walking Dead’ Sneak Peek Teases Prelude to War With Negan (Video)
(Spoiler Alert: Do not keep reading if you are not caught up on “The Walking Dead”)
All the “Walking Dead” players are coming together in order to wage a war against Negan and The Saviors.
In a preview of next week’s episode, we first see Negan addressing the assembled masses at his compound. He explains that they as survivors will bring civilization back to the world, hence why he calls them Saviors. Dwight and Daryl exchange a look during this speech, hinting that Dwight may be able to break Negan’s hold over himself.
We see also one of Ezekiel’s most trusted men, speaking with Carol and Morgan. He tells them, “They can’t be trusted,” presumably talking about The Saviors.

No one who knows about the Savior-Kingdom arrangement is happy about it, and between Alexandria, Hilltop, and the Kingdom, they just may have the numbers to challenge Negan. We close on Rosita saying that if there is a price to be paid, she is willing to pay it.
“The Walking Dead” airs Sundays at 9 p.m./8c on AMC.
