This Is Us‘ family tree is expanding.
The NBC drama has tapped Elizabeth Perkins (Weeds) to play the mother of Mandy Moore’s character Rebecca, EW.com reports.

Perkins will be seen in flashbacks, featuring an adult Rebecca.

* Brooke Shields (Lipstick Jungle) will guest-star in Scream Queens‘ Dec. 13 episode as Dr. Scarlett Lovin, a television doc in the vein of Dr. Oz who is also the Chanels’ idol, EW.com reports.
* Netflix will debut the six-episode drama Frontier, starring Jason Momoa, on Jan. 20. The series — which has already been renewed for Season 2 — centers around warring factions vying for control of the fur trade in 1700s Canada.
* Schitt’s Creek Season 3 will premiere Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 8/7c on Pop.
* The NBC game show The Wall, executive-produced by LeBron James, will preview Dec. 19 at 10/9c following America’s Got Talent: Holiday Spectacular, and also Jan. 2 at 10/9c after the premiere of The New Celebrity Apprentice. The program makes its regular timeslot debut on Tuesday, Jan. 3, at 8/7c.
* BBC America has greenlit the eight-episode dramatic thriller Killing Eve, about a psychopathic assassin and the woman charged with hunting her down, our sister site Deadline reports.
