Tomi Lahren’s ‘Daily Show’ Interview With Trevor Noah Goes Viral (Watch)

Conservative political commentator Tomi Lahren entered what she called the “lion’s den” Wednesday night. By that she meant participating in an interview with Trevor Noah on the “Daily Show” that has since gone viral.

Lahren has built her following around fiery criticism of things many liberals hold dear, not limited to Hillary Clinton, Colin Kaepernick and Beyonce, and making hyperbolic statements like saying that Black Lives Matter “is the new KKK.”

On the show, the two went back and forth about why she supports Donald Trump, racism and the Black Lives Matter movement and Kaepernick.

“I don’t see color. I go after Hillary Clinton and she’s as white as they come,” Lahren said at one point.

“You don’t see color? So what do you do at a traffic light?” Noah countered.

Since the interview aired, Lahren has been vocal on social media. When the interview ran on the “Daily Show” she wrote that she got an unfair edit: “If I was a liberal snowflake I would complain @TheDailyShow wasn’t “fair.” Instead I stand my ground & take it. 6 of 26 min interview aired.”

She later tweeted out the full interview which Comedy Central posted online. Lahren wrote, “I had a great time with @Trevornoah on @TheDailyShow and I respect our obvious differences but common goals.”

In response to criticism on both sides, she added, “To my fans: Trevor Noah is not a douche or a jerk. To Trevor’s fans: I’m not a b— or c—. We are people with opposing views. That’s it.”

Noah quoted her tweet, adding, “Thank you for being my guest Tomi. Our goal should be to destroy these “bubbles” not each other. You’re always welcome on my show.”
