Real Chance of Love Star Ahmad Givens Dies at 33

Ahmad Givens, better known as Real from VH1's Real Chance of Love, has died after a long battle with colon cancer, TMZ reports.

According to Real's brother Kamal, a.k.a. Chance, the reality star has been bedridden since January when he took a bad fall. On Friday night, Real began having trouble with vision and speech and passed away only hours later.

Real was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in 2013. He underwent surgery, but the tumors later spread to his liver, lungs and the left side of his brain, leaving him partially paralyzed.

Real and Chance were both contestants on I Love New York in 2007. The following year, the brothers began their own reality dating show Real Chance of Love, which ran for two seasons.

"By to my favorite guy in this whole world be in peace we love you forever bro I'll see you one day soon we shall dance again in God's kindom forever and ever bro words can't describe my pain world pray for me!" Chance wrote onInstagram.

"Our hearts go out to Real's brother Chance and their loved ones, we'll truly miss this member of the VH1 family," the network said Saturday.

Real is survived by his wife Racquel and son Madhi.
