Ratings: Criminal Minds, Empire Rebound From Series Lows

CBS’ Criminal Minds this Wednesday drew 7.6 million total viewers and a 1.4 demo rating (per finals) as it revealed why Thomas Gibson’s Hotch will never be seen again, ticking up from last week’s series lows.

Opening the Eye’s night, Survivor (8.5 mil/1.8) dipped a tenth, while Code Black (5.7 mil/0.9) was steady at 10 pm.

Over on Fox, Empire (8.4 mil/3.1) added a few eyeballs plus two tenths in the demo versus last week’s series lows. Leading into that, Lethal Weapon (6.6 mil/1.7) was steady.

Elsewhere in the land of ratings….

THE CW | Arrow (1.9 mil/0.7) and Frequency (1 mil/0.3) were steady.

NBC | Blindspot (5 mil/1.1) ticked up a tenth. Chicago P.D.’s double pump averaged 6.1 mil/1.3 versus last week’s 5.7 mil/1.3.

ABC | The Goldbergs (6.4 mil/1.9) and Modern Family (7.3 mil/2.2) each dipped, while Speechless (5.7 mil/1.7), black-ish (5.6 mil/1.5) Designated Survivor (5.5 mil/1.2) were steady.
