Poor Honey Boo Boo! She's Had a Very Bad Week
Her dad is in the hospital, and the family dog died.
Honey Boo Boo may just have to change her name to Honey Boo Hoo. Seven-year-old Alana Thompson, the pageant princess on TLC's "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo," has had a terrible week.
First, her father, Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson, was hospitalized after getting dizzy and passing out. Even more concerning is that he's spent a week in the hospital and doctors still don't know what's wrong with him. On Tuesday, the family posted an update to Honey's Facebook page: "[H]e is still in the hospital some test came back its nothing to do with his head so that r looking at other things he has done a few test today and waiting for the doc to come back in and give us the results hold we have answers soon we r all ready to go home but don't want to go home to early..."

That must be scary for the little girl. But then things just got worse — the family dog was killed! And it may have been intentional; the Thompsons believe someone may have run over the dog, who was named China, on purpose.
Daughter Pumpkin and the family's security man discovered China "had been recently hit and left to die as she was still spasming as they found her we think it may have been done intentionally cause of where she was found at."

The family adopted China six years ago through a Craigslist post and says the dog will be "greatly missed."
Sweet little Honey really has had one sour week.
