More 'Anger Management' for Charlie Sheen

Charlie Sheen's comeback TV series Anger Management is here to stay as FX announced Wednesday it has ordered 90 more episodes of the sitcom.

The series -- which marked Sheen's return to television after a highly publicized feud with CBS executives that resulted in him being fired from the hit comedy Two and a Half Men -- turned out to be the highest-rated new comedy series on cable this year.

"Charlie Sheen and the entire cast did an amazing job in the first 10 episodes, which were produced in a very tight window," Chuck Saftler, executive vice president of FX Networks, said in a statement. "I have no doubt that the producers and cast will be able to pull off the Herculean task of producing 90 episodes over the next two years."

Martin Sheen, Charlie's real-life father, is joining the series in a recurring role as the father of Charlie's character -- a man sentenced to anger management counseling.
