Could love be in the air for Two and a Half Men's Jake Harper?

Miley Cyrus will be guest-starring on the CBS comedy, playing a new girl on whom Jake (Angus T. Jones) quickly develops a crush, E! News reports.

Cyrus will appear in "at least several episodes" of the show, according to the report. CBS did not immediately reply to TVGuide.com's request for comment.

The singer/actress may also be showing off a new look in her role. Over the weekend, Cyrus posted pictures of a new (and ultra short!) choppy platinum blonde hairstyle on her Twitter page.

"LOVE my hair

Apparently not everyone is a fan of her new look — but Cyrus couldn't care less. "if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all," Cyrus tweeted. "My hair is attached to my head no one else's and it's going bye bye :)."
