Mega Buzz: Castle's Honeymoon, Newcomers on Grey's and NCIS' Tiva

I'm so excited for Castle, but I am so afraid the show will break them up soon. Got anything to make me feel better? — Erin
ADAM: Creator Andrew W. Marlowe promises there will be an "interesting honeymoon period," during which the new couple will feel each other out about how "real" the relationship is. (We said feel each other out, pervs.) But yes, there will be obstacles — most notably Capt. Gates and that little NYPD rule about partners not being romantically involved.

Got any more scoop on Grey's Anatomy? —Sarah
NATALIE: The arrival of new docs (Camilla Luddington and Gaius Charles) will facilitate the transition of Meredith, Cristina et. al. from residents to attendings. "One of the things I want to see our attendings do is teach and that's what we're seeing," executive producer Shonda Rhimes tells us.

Have you heard anything more about the Tony-Ziva elevator scenes coming up on NCIS? — Kristin
ADAM: I have. "The elevator scenes are so good," executive producer Gary Glasberg says. But more importantly, post-bombing trauma may bring the duo closer than ever before. "[Tony and Ziva] can't help but be affected by this in a certain way, and they will continue to reach out to each other because of the connection they have as friends and as coworkers," Glasberg says. "There are definitely 'moments.' I'd like to take things a little further along than we have [in the past]."

Now that Elena is going to be a vampire on The Vampire Diaries, who (or what) will she feed on first? — Amy
NATALIE: Elena will of course struggle with this decision. "How she gets blood is going to be one of the big problems," showrunner Julie Plec tells us. But once she does, in the umpteenth Damon-vs.-Stefan choice that Elena has had to make, she will then choose the perfectly formed wrists of Ian Somerhalder to make her meal. Suffice it to say, Stefan will be mighty pissed by that turn of events.

I might be the only one, but I am sad about Hotch and Beth's breakup on Criminal Minds. How will it affect Hotch? — Stephanie
ADAM: Cheer up, Stephanie! Although Bellamy Young, who plays Beth, will have a limited presence on Minds this season since she's just been made a series regular on ABC's Scandal, executive producer Erica Messer assures us that Hotch isn't in for more heartbreak. "She will be back to answer why she won't be around for a little while," she says. "We have her for three episodes, so we want to use her and explain what's going on between them. [But] they're not breaking up." Feel better?

Dexter scoop, please! — Sammie
NATALIE: Once Dexter finds the hand from the Ice Truck Killer case that Louis sent him, he'll really want to know who knows his secret. "Dexter is wondering if there's someone else on to him," executive producer Scott Buck tells us. "If so, why did this person send this? This, in so many ways, becomes more vital than even Deb [knowing]. For the first few episodes, that becomes a big drive to find out where this came from and what it could possible mean." Adds Michael C. Hall: "Dexter underestimated just how much of a blow it was when he rejected Louis' game. He will come to appreciate that he's created a bit of a monster by rejecting him so forcefully."

Are we going to get any more answers as to what was going on in that apparent flash-forward in Breaking Bad's season premiere? — Steven
ADAM: "All the questions that arise from that initial tease will be answered," creator Vince Gilligan promises. "Just try not to have too many expectations about when." Our guess is that we may not come back to that moment, which takes a place a year in the future with Walt using an alias and buying a machine gun, until the final eight episodes. But that doesn't mean that big surprises aren't in store. "I am of the opinion that showmanship pretty much tops every other consideration," Gilligan says of his final episodes. "Now's the time to pull out all the stops. At the end of these eight, you will definitely have a reason to tune in the following summer. We have plenty more of those watercooler moments."

How will Lily and Marshall still be part of the group on How I Met Your Mother? — Brad
NATALIE: Let's just say that the producers have been trying to figure out how far a baby monitor will reach. "We obviously orchestrated Marshall and Lily coming back to that apartment so they'd be right above the bar," executive producer Craig Thomas says. "Marshall and Lily have to still be a part of this group. There's going to be a lot of tag team and they're going to devise a system where they each get 15 minutes, like when she joins in, she takes the second half of Marshall's beer and orders another one and Marshall will come and get it. They're going to figure out how they can have a life and be parents."

What else can you tell me about Blue Bloods? —Brett
ADAM: Erin is going to have to defend her dad in court — against her ex-husband! That's right, Erin will go head-to-head with her ex as the pair battles over the Constitutionality of one of Frank's new policies involving building searches. (Peter Bermann has been cast as Erin's ex.) But Frank won't be able to follow the case too closely: He'll be too busy with a young man who wins a chance to be "Commissioner for a Day." Although he submitted the winning essay, his real motive is to get Frank to reopen the case of his mother's murder, which has long since been mothballed.

Did you get any scoop on Private Practice? —Grace
NATALIE: You won't have to wait long to find out whether Addison said yes to Sam's marriage proposal or decided to give things a shot with Jake. "You're going to see a resolution to the triangle when the show returns," Shonda Rhimes tells us, noting that the series will jump ahead two to three months from the finale. "You clearly know what happened in that situation with Sam proposing. You can clearly see the aftermath and know what happened."

Please tell me you have some Homeland dirt to share! — Carter
ADAM: The new season picks up six months later, which was plenty of time for Brody to both advance his career and mend his fractured family. But when his daughter Dana accidentally reveals one of her father's secrets, Jessica might reconsider Carrie's "delusional" ramblings about Brody from the Season 1 finale.

Weeds is ending?! — Joey
NATALIE: Yes, but not before heading back to its roots. "The 100th episode is a return to Agrestic," creator Jenji Kohan teases. "It's a visit. It's now Regrestic." Kohan says the 100th episode will also address Nancy and Andy's perpetual will-they-won't-they tension.

Adam's Mega Rave: While I was scratching my head during much of Danny Boyle's Opening Ceremonies for the Olympics, the shot of the various torches converging to form the Olympic cauldron deserves a gold medal of its own.

Natalie's Mini Rant: We get that NBC wants to air Olympic events in prime time, but maybe don't spoil the results before they air, OK?
