YOUR MAMA’S NOTES: As has been reported here, there and everywhere the last couple of days, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have sold their celeb-pedigreed pad high above L.A.’s swanky Bel Air area for exactly $9 million.

The now divorcing duo purchased the rambling mansion in April 2009 for $6.975 million from accomplished audio engineer and producer Allen Sides. Mister Sides owned the three-acre estate since 1999, when he bought it for $2.7 million from “Charlie’s Angels” star and 1980s poster queen Farrah Fawcett, who owned the property for more than 20 years, first with and then without Ryan O’Neal.

Screaming Mimi — she possesses an impressive if ear-splitting four-octave range — and the sartorially spirited comedian and television host first hoisted the posh property on the open market with an in-hindsight exuberantly optimistic asking price of $12,995,000 in February 2014, months before their split became catnip for all the gossip glossies and celebrity blogs.

Online marketing materials show the meandering, multiwinged mansion measures nearly 12,000 square feet and contains at least half a dozen bedrooms and six full and three half bathrooms sprinkled throughout its three floors. There are formal living and dining rooms, a double-height foyer and a home theater as well as a game room, recording studio, indoor basketball court and a so-called Aspen Room, a capacious, 32-foot-long rustic-luxe, stone-floored entertainment lounge with massive field-stone fireplace, full bar, backyard access and long views over the Stone Canyon Reservoir.

Floor plans included with marketing materials show a sprawling main floor master suite — with an unfortunately located staff bedroom right up next door — as well as a slightly smaller second master suite on the upper floor with roomy walk-in closet, city view terrace and a bathroom large enough to accommodate a sitting area and a tiny kitchenette. A nursery adjoins the upper floor master with another walk-in closet, another private bathroom and another city-view terrace.

There are two gated driveways and motor courts on the front side of the house along with a variety of patios and gardens, while the back of the clapboard-sided quasi-Colonial opens to a huge brick terrace and extra-long swimming pool custom tiled with the estranged couple’s initials, a silly and ego-tastic folly that will cost the new owner a small fortune to remove and replace. Beyond the pool is a flat lawn, more brick terracing with sunken spa and, down a glute-abusing stairway tucked in to the hillside below the house, a small putting green.

Iffin this property gossip is honest — and we always are — we’d admit we haven’t an iota of a notion where Mister Cannon has bunked since he and Miz Carey parted romantic and domestic ways, but we do know Miz Carey has at least two other homes in which to shack up. In addition to her high-glam, Mario Buatta-decorated triplex penthouse in Manhattan’s TriBeCa ‘hood, she also owns a beachfront getaway on super-exclusive Windermere Island in the Bahamas (above gallery) that she bought sometime in 2007 or early 2008 for around $5 million and where she and Mister Cannon were secretly married in May 2008. The island compound was covertly put up for sale in June 2011 at $5.5 million, and digital evidence suggests the four-structure residence remains available nearly four years later for the same amount.
