Television personality Maria Menounos visited the Conan O'Brien show where she spoke about her hardcore Boston fandom and how she was once kicked out of a Lakers game at the request of Hollywood royalty.
According to Menounos, No. 1 Lakers superfan Jack Nicholson once had her kicked out of her courtside seats during a playoff game between the Celtics and Lakers.
Menounos told Conan that she and Dane Cook (also a big Boston fan) were taunting the Lakers during Game 6 of the 2010 NBA Finals. Suddenly, security guards appeared and told Menounos and Cook that they had to leave.
Menounos explained they were taken to a lounge area where they then ran into Nicholson, who made it clear that he was responsible for getting them bounced from their swanky seats.
"We ended up in the Chairman's Lounge at halftime. I'm hiding in this hallway. All of a sudden Jack Nicholson comes out of the bathroom, and he's like, 'Heh, heh, heh, heh.' And I thought really quickly and I'm like, 'Oh, my God, what if he...' and he's like, 'I see they moved your seat.' He got me kicked out!"

Menounos said she later heard that Nicholson had called Lakers owner Jerry Buss and had her "removed."
Hey, all's fair in love and basketball. Especially when it's the Finals. (The Lakers ended up winning the title 4 games to 3).
Menounos does have a reputation for being an outspoken fan of all things Boston. In 2012, she made a bet with colleague AJ Calloway regarding the Super Bowl between the New England Patriots and the New York Giants. The Giants won, and Menounos had to wear a Giants-themed bikini in Times Square.
We reached out to Nicholson's camp for comment, but have not received a reply.
