Lynch's Ex Asking For $93,000 in Monthly Support

Just months after their split was announced, Jane Lynch's ex wife Lara Embry is giving indication that their once-amicable divorce may have taken a turn for the nasty.

In paperwork filed September 4 in Los Angeles, Embry, 44, states that Lynch, 53, deviated from their previous agreement wherein the Glee star allegedly agreed to pay Embry's expenses and allow her to live in the home they once shared.

Claiming that she was "effectively fired upon separation" from her job as Chief Financial Officer of Lynch's production company, Canyon Lady Productions, Embry states that her present monthly income of $21 is insufficient to support herself and her 11-year-old daughter. She is now asking for spousal support in the amount of $93,809.00, nearly half of Lynch's estimated monthly income, in order to cover attorney fees, spousal support and other expenses accrued during their split. She also requests that Lynch return a painting said to have been removed without permission from their once-shared home.

"Lara and I have decided to end our marriage. This has been a difficult decision for us as we care very deeply about one another," Lynch told the magazine in a statement. "We ask for privacy as we deal with this family matter."
