This is brilliant: "Jimmy Kimmel Live" taped before the presidential debate last night, but the show cleverly guessed that many people don't actually watch the debates before expressing passionate opinions about them.
So at 2 p.m. local time -- four hours before the debate aired -- Kimmel sent a crew to ask people outside his studio for their opinions of a debate that hadn't happened yet. Most people -- we hope -- realized they were being pranked. But a confident few faked their way through detailed descriptions of the debate highlights.
The actual debate was even better than the one they imagined.
