In the ad, a young man is tempted to deal with the devil (played by Willem Dafoe). If he signs over his soul, he gets a new CLA-class Mercedes. With the new car, he'll attract supermodel Kate Upton, dance off against Usher, land on numerous magazine covers, and get chased down by hordes of screaming female fans.

But just when he's about to sign, he looks up to see the Mercedes' price tag, $29,900. "Thanks, but I think I got this," he tells an angry Dafoe, who disappears in a cloud of black smoke.

Mercedes joins the Super Bowl commercial lineup after sitting out last year. In 2011, its spot featured Mercedes cars of different eras gathering to welcome the newest line to their ranks (with a cameo by Sean "P. Diddy" Combs).
