Jon Stewart Mocks Media Fixation with 2016 Presidential Race

How soon is too soon to start thinking about the 2016 presidential race? This soon, says Jon Stewart.

The "Daily Show" host ridiculed the short-attention span talking heads who are already declaring the likely candidates -- if not nominees -- in the upcoming presidential race. He particularly mocked those who say Hillary Clinton is a lock for 2016, noting that Joe Scarborough promised in 2006 she would "crush" Barack Obama.

"Wow, so, 1,000 days before the first primary, with zero states reporting, or caring, I feel very comfortable calling the Democratic primary for Hillary Clinton," Stewart said.

Stewart also suggested that MSNBC's Chuck Todd might want to focus less on predictions, and more on pronounciations, mocking the way he misread the word "literally" on the air.
