Jeremy Kleiner Tapped as Co-President of Plan B Entertainment
Brad Pitt and Dede Gardner have named Jeremy Kleiner co-prexy of their Plan B Entertainment shingle.
Kleiner joined Plan B in 2003 and rose through the ranks from creative exec to producer and now co-president. Along with Pitt and Plan B prexy Gardner, he is a producer on Paramount’s “World War Z” and is also a producer on the Fox Searchlight pic “Twelve Years a Slave” and “True Story” starring Jonah Hill.
The appointments comes as Plan B is becoming more active in television development, landing an order from ABC for the high-concept drama “Resurrection,” on which Kleiner serves as exec producer.
“Jeremy Kleiner has played an immeasurable role in the success of this company,” said Pitt. ” This promotion is long overdue. We are happy to make it official.”
Prior to joining the banner, he worked as a creative executive at Dick and Lauren Shuler Donner’s company
