GLAAD Media Awards: Orphan Black, OITNB, Supernatural and The Fosters Among Nominees

Nominations for the 25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards were announced Thursday morning, and Orphan Black, Orange Is the New Black, The Fosters and Brooklyn Nine-Nine were among the first-time TV nominees.

The awards — which recognize outstanding images of the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) community — will be handed out on April 12 (in Los Angeles) and May 3 (in New York City).

Winners in recent years have included Modern Family, Smash, Drop Dead Diva, True Blood, 30 Rock, The New Normal, Horror Story: Asylum and Raising Hope.
