Fox Networks Promotes 2 Senior VPs, Distribution

Fox Networks has promoted Jessica Fang to Senior Vice President, Distribution, National Accounts and David Espinosa to Senior Vice President, Distribution, Strategic Analysis.

In her new role, Fang will expand her oversight of Fox Network's day-to-day relationships with national distributors, including negotiating distribution agreements covering all of FN's media platforms. She also negotiates compensation for retransmission consent for Fox's owned-and-operated broadcast stations.

Espinosa will provide strategic analysis and guidance across the full range of Fox Networks’ distribution activities involving its 44 owned-and-operated and joint venture TV networks. He will also take an expanded leadership role regarding the strategy, negotiation, implementation and administration of affiliation and retransmission consent agreements between Fox and all major cable, satellite and telco providers.

A 12-year veteran at Fox, Fang joined in 2002 as manager of National Accounts. She moved all the way up to vice president of National Accounts by 2008.

Espinosa began his career at Fox as Director of National Accounts in 2006,and was promoted to Vice President, Distribution, Strategic Analysis, in 2010.
