Chiké Okonkwo Set For ‘Banshee’ Arc; Scott Glenn Joins ‘Marvel’s Daredevil’

Chiké Okonkwo has signed for a multiepisode arc on Cinemax‘s Banshee. He will play Lennox, a mysterious business associate of crime kingpin Kai Proctor (Ulrich Thomsen). Anthony Starr and Ivana Milicevic also star in the series, which returns for Season 3 in 2015. Okonkwo co-starred in the BBC miniseries Paradox and recently wrapped a run in the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Julius Caesar. He next appears in Stephen Frears’ untitled Lance Armstrong biopic. The English actor is repped by Lou Coulson Associates in the UK and Anonymous Content.

Scott Glenn has joined the cast of Marvel’s Daredevil, which will run on Netflix next year. He will play Stick, the mysterious martial artist and mentor of Matt Murdock aka Daredevil (Charlie Cox). Vincent D’Onofrio, Elden Henson and Deborah Ann also will star. Glenn’s long career includes roles in such films as the two most recent Bourne pics, Training Day, The Silence Of The Lambs, The Hunt For Red October, The Right Stuff, Urban Cowboy and Apocalypse Now. His most recent credits include Grizzly, The Paperboy and TV’s The Leftovers. Glenn is repped by Innovative Artists and Parseghian Planco.
