‘Allegiance’ Producer Rashad Raisani Inks Overall Deal With Universal TV

Rashad Raisani has closed a two-year overall deal with Universal TV. The overall pact, Raisani’s first, starts in June. It stems from his work on the studio’s upcoming Russian spy drama series Allegiance, on which he started as co-executive producer and already has been promoted to executive producer.

Raisani began his career as a staff writer on USA’s long-running drama series Burn Notice. He spent seven seasons on the show, rising through the ranks to co-executive producer. He also did a stint as an executive story editor on USA’s White Collar.

“We were fans of Rashad’s work on Burn Notice and White Collar, and having his expertise on Allegiance has been invaluable,” said Uni TV EVP Bela Bajaria.

Raisani is repped by UTA and the Shuman Co.
