'Toddlers & Tiaras' pet bunny back from the dead (sort of)

Paisley Dickey and her stuffed pet Bun Bun

Paisley Dickey's pretty excited to have her Bun Bun back -- but "Toddlers & Tiaras" viewers may not be quite as thrilled.

Paisley's pet rabbit died last September of a heart attack when Paisley had only had the flop-eared fuzzball for two weeks. Her mom, Wendy, thinks Bun Bun died of fright after a balloon popped -- apparently, a common cause of death for rabbits.

Paisley couldn't bear to bury Bun Bun, so her parents agreed to have the bunny taxidermied, and at last the work is complete. Bun Bun is appearing on the show in his new, um, format, so if this sort of thing isn't your creepy bag, consider yourself warned.

Until today, Paisley was known on "T&T" for wearing the Julia Roberts/hooker get-up from "Pretty Woman" as a three-year-old. We have a feeling that's about to change.
