'Dancing With the Stars' Week 9 Results: Who's Going to the Finals?

The show's 300th-episode celebration marks the last dance for one couple, while four stars head to the Season 16 finals.

SPOILER ALERT: This recap reveals the elimination results of Week 9 of "Dancing With the Stars."

The stars were out -- and so were the judges' No. 10 paddles -- on "Dancing With the Stars" this week, but someone still had to leave the party on Tuesday night. Putting a damper on a celebratory vibe as the TV dancing competition marked its 300th episode with the return of nearly two dozen popular pro dancers and featuring performances by The Wanted and Avril Lavigne, host Tom Bergeron had to be the bearer of the bad news: Ingo Rademacher was eliminated from the competition just one week shy of the finals, signaling the end of the star's quest for this season's mirrorball trophy. This season's remaining couples -- Jacoby Jones and Karina Smirnoff, Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough, Aly Raisman and Mark Ballas, and Zendaya Coleman and Val Chmerkovskiy, will compete in next week's "DWTS" finale.

See Ingo's samba from Monday night:

Fully aware that he was the underdog of the semifinals (actually, judge Carrie Ann Inaba came right out and said it), Ingo said the pressure was off for him and his pro partner, Kym Johnsonn. "Yeah, we're just having fun tonight," he told host Brooke Burke-Charvet after his first dance on Monday night.

"The other four [couples] deserve a spot in the final for sure," the "General Hospital" star said before his fate was revealed on Tuesday's results show. "They've all shown high scores all season long. If I don't go home tonight, somebody else is going to be very upset."

This week there were no losers when it came to the judges' scores. While Zendaya made a minor misstep with her high-speed quickstep with Val (the judges said she lost her frame and footing), the Disney star made up for it with a perfect-scoring hip-hop dance later in the night.

Super Bowl champ Jacoby nabbed his first-ever trio of 10s after an energetic Argentine tango with Karina, while leaderboard darlings Kellie and Aly also earned perfect scores during the semifinals round. In fact, the only celeb who didn't nail a string of 10s was Ingo, but the "General Hospital" star still earned his best score of the season, scoring triple 9s for his Champagne-infused Charleston with pro partner Kym Johnson.

After his elimination was announced, Ingo told Tom Bergeron and Brooke, "This has been an amazing experience because I thought I was going to be gone after two weeks. I thought I'd go back to Hawaii and then we'd be back for the Tuesday night final, but Kym has choreographed the most amazing routines and she catered them toward my two left feet and it got us this far. It's been an amazing experience and I've really got a ballroom frame now."

In addition to this week's fallen star, Sean Lowe, Andy Dick, Victor Ortiz, D.L. Hughley, Lisa Vanderpump, and Wynonna Judd have all been eliminated from "Dancing With the Stars" this season. Olympic skater Dorothy Hamill was forced to drop out of the competition in the second week due to an injury.

The two-part season finale of "Dancing With the Stars," kicks off on Monday, 5/20 at 8 PM on ABC.
