The Newlyweds! Miranda Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin Show Off Wedding Rings in N.Y.C.: 'She Was Beaming'

Miranda Lambert just announced the happy news that she secretly married Brendan McLoughlin, and PEOPLE has an exclusive first look and the newly-minted couple stepping out.
The pair were spotted out in New York City’s SoHo district on Saturday, smiling as they walked and held hands outside of a store promoting Valentine’s Day deals. In the images the couple’s wedding bands are on full display with Lambert also wearing what looks to be a stunning solitaire diamond engagement ring.

“They looked happy and natural holding hands strolling sidewalk,” and onlooker tells PEOPLE of the two who were “stopping to look in windows and smiling.” And Lambert, who was proudly sporting the new hardware, she couldn’t have seemed happier: “She was beaming and protectively holding her ring finger.”
In all, says the onlooker, “They looked like a couple going on a date in the city.”
Lambert, 35, shared that the recent romantic holiday made for a great reason to spread the news of her changed relationship status.
“In honor of Valentine’s Day I wanted to share some news. I met the love of my life. And we got hitched!” the country star — who shared exclusive images from the big day with PEOPLE — wrote on Instagram on Saturday, revealing the news of her new relationship for the first time, alongside two sweet photos from their happy day.

“My heart is full. Thank you Brendan Mcloughlin for loving me for…. me,” she continued, adding a red heart emoji and the sweet hashtag “theone.”
This is the second marriage for Lambert, who was previously married to Blake Shelton, before their divorce in 2015. Since, she has dated singers Anderson East and Evan Felker, before finding love again with McLoughlin.
