New 'Fear the Walking Dead' Trailer: Should They Fear the Dead… or the Strand?
We’ve already seen in previews of Fear the Walking Dead’s second season that the zombies seem to have some special abilities to float their way towards potential victims. But in this new (and Yahoo TV exclusive) clip, it turns out that waterlogged walkers might not be the biggest threat to the survivors.
The biggest threat might be the man Madison, Travis, and their family and friends have trusted to sail them away to safety onboard his tricked out yacht: Strand, captain of the yacht, Abigail.

Madison (Kim Dickens) and Daniel (Ruben Blades), who have been in sync on several issues in the past, both express concern about how little they know about Strand (Colman Domingo), and Madison even confronts the clever, laidback mystery man. His response: “I give you and your family safe passage on my boat, and you still don’t trust me?” Strand asks Madison. “Are we not friends?”
“You even look wrong at anyone in my family… I will throw you overboard,” Madison tells him.

Elsewhere in the preview, Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) tries to convince Travis (Cliff Curtis) — who’s become tougher, and more committed to doing what’s best only for his family and friends, than he was in Season 1 — to save a boat of refugees floating near the Abigail, while Daniel tries to warn daughter Ofelia (Mercedes Mason) that she should never forget where Madison’s true loyalties lie.
Fear the Walking Dead Season 2 premieres Sunday, April 10 at 9 p.m. on AMC.
