Netflix in September 2019: Ryan Murphy's 'The Politician,' 'Between Two Ferns' movie and more

As Disney prepares to launch its streaming service, titles including "Pocahontas" and "Mulan" are leaving in September (and some are moving to Hulu). But new movies and shows are on the way.

For starters, Ryan Murphy's first Netflix series, "The Politician," begins streaming in September, starring Ben Platt, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jessica Lange. Zach Galifianakis' absurd interview show "Between Two Ferns" becomes a movie late in the month. And "Unbelievable" is a drama series inspired by the true story of a woman whose account of rape is doubted by police.

Scroll through to read about everything new to Netflix in September, along with all the titles on the way out. (Here's what was added to Netflix in August.)
