Netflix released a trailer for Season 6 of “Nailed It!,” which premieres Sept. 15.

In the new season, the bakers face even tougher challenges than ever before, including making paranormal pastries, celebrating Black history by creating edible versions of historical icons, and recreating chocolate masterpieces inspired by judge and chocolatier Jacques Torres.

The trailer, which you can watch below, begins with host Nicole Byer playing with edible versions of herself, Torres and assistant director Weston Bahr as she gears up to have the contestants create pastries in their likeness for a competition.

“I just love seeing the misfortune of others,” says actor Jack McBrayer, who appears as a contestant this season. Naturally, this line of dialogue is followed by him making a mistake of his own while baking.

While McBrayer is the only celebrity contestant this season, celebrity judge in Season 6 include Wayne Brady, Sam Richardson, Reggie Watts, Big Freedia, June Diane Raphael and Sasheer Zamata.

Netflix announced “Attack of the Hollywood Clichés!,” a new comedy special hosted by Rob Lowe, will launch on Sept. 28. In this special, Lowe and film experts to be announced later will take viewers through classic and controversial cinema clichés, from “Walking Away from an Explosion,” to meet-cutes to “Females Running in Stilettos” and the “Wilhelm Scream.” “Attack of the Hollywood Clichés!” is produced by Broke and Bones, with Lowe, Jon Petrie, Charlie Brooker and Annabel Jones serving as executive producers. Sean Doherty produces and directs, while Alice Mathias and Ricky Kelehar also direct.

Showtime announced “Return of the Taliban: A Vice Special Report” will premiere Sept. 10 at 8 p.m. and “Yellowjackets” will premiere Nov. 14 at 10 p.m. “Return of the Taliban” is a one-hour special from Vice that explores the current Taliban takeover in Afghanistan with Vice correspondents Hind Hassan, Ben Soloman, Seb Walker and Isobel Yeung reporting from the ground and surrounding areas. It will also include exclusive footage and interviews captured before and after the takeover. Later this fall, Vice will return with the last seven episodes of its second season. “Yellowjackets” is a 10-episode new drama that follows the members of a high school soccer team after they survive a plane crash deep in the remote northern wilderness. Part of the show follows the immediate aftermath of the crash and the young women’s struggle to survive, while the other part shows them 25 years later as they are still trying to put the pieces of their lives together. “Yellowjackets” comes from creators Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson and stars Melanie Lynskey, Juliette Lewis, Christina Ricci, Tawny Cypress, Ella Purnell, Samantha Hanratty, Sophie Thatcher, Sophie Nélisse, Steven Krueger, Jasmin Savoy Brown and Warren Kole. Netflix announced “Love on the Spectrum” Season 2 will premiere Sept. 21. The reality dating show focuses solely on people who are on the autism spectrum, with Season 1 starring Michael Theo, Kelvin Wong, Mark Radburn, Chloe Hatch, Amanda Taylor, Olivia Sharpe, Jimmy Berresford and Sharnae Furner Berresford. Season 2 shows a few familiar faces, along with new ones, going on dates and discussing navigating love and relationships while on the spectrum — with the goal of showing just how diverse the autism spectrum really is. Grom Social Enterprises announced Russell Hicks, the former Nickelodeon president of content development and production, will lead Top Draw Animation. Hicks will succeed Wayne Dearing, whose career in animation spans four decades but will retire in 2022. The transition of Top Draw leadership from Dearing to Hicks is expected to complete in early 2022. Hicks will oversee Top Draw in addition to serving as chief content officer for Curiosity Ink Media, the storytelling entertainment company Hicks founded in 2016 and Grom’s newest division.
