Season 4 of “The Sinner” will premiere on Oct. 13 at 10 p.m. on USA.

Each of the first three seasons of the police procedural anthology drama saw detective Harry Ambrose (played by Bill Pullman) investigate a different gruesome death. At the start of Season 4, Ambrose has retired to Hanover Island in Maine to recover from the trauma of his career but gets roped into a new local tragedy after seeing the daughter of a prominent family on the island seemingly fall to her death.

Netflix released a trailer for “The Circle” Season 3, which premieres Sept. 8. The four-week reality competition series will begin with eight new players as they compete to become a top social media influencer and win $100,000. Studio Lambert and Motion Content Group produce. Executive producers are Stephen Lambert and Tim Harcourt for Studio Lambert, Richard Foster and Chet Fenster for Motion Content Group, Lauren Hicks, Charlotte Smith and Sarah Fay. HBO Max released a trailer for Season 3 of “Doom Patrol,” which premieres with three episodes on Sept. 23. The series follows a team of DC superheroes that includes Robotman (Brendan Fraser), Negative Man (Matt Bomer), Elasti-Woman (April Bowlby) and Crazy Jane (Diane Guerrero) led by mad scientist The Chief (Timothy Dalton). Season 3 begins with a confrontation between Dorothy (Abi Monterey) and the Candlemaker plus the arrival of Madame Rouge (Michelle Gomez) via time machine. “Doom Patrol” is produced by Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television with Jeremy Carver, Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Chris Dingess and Tamara Becher-Wilkinson serving as executive producers. The series is based on characters created for DC by Arnold Drake, Bob Haney and Bruno Premiani. New episodes will launch weekly on Thursdays through Nov. 11. Watch the trailer below.

EXECUTIVE NEWS

Fox Business Network announced that Madison Alworth has been signed as a New York-based correspondent and Kelly O’Grady has been signed as a Los Angeles-based correspondent. Both begin in their new roles this month. Alworth takes the position after serving as a producer and on-air reporter for the live streaming financial news network Cheddar News. O’Grady was most recently chief on-air correspondent and head of video of dot.LA.

NETWORK NEWS

Turner Classic Movies (TCM) unveiled a rebrand. The network, known for airing classic films without commercials, has a new logo and a new tagline, “Where Then Meets Now,” both created in collaboration with creative studio Sibling Rivalry. In addition, a new TCM song was created with Made Music Studio, and the on-air sets for TCM hosts Ben Mankiewicz, Eddie Muller, Alicia Malone, Dave Karger and Jacqueline Stewart have been redesigned.
