PITTSBURGH − Here's your chance to appear in a Netflix horror film being shot in the Pittsburgh area.

An open call for paid extras for a still untitled film from Lee Daniels ("Precious," "The Butler") will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, in the fellowship hall at Trinity AME Zion Church, 3105 Allendale St., Pittsburgh, PA 15204. Masks are required.

The film features eight-time Oscar nominee Glenn Close ("Dangerous Liaisons"), and fellow co-stars Andra Day ("The United States vs. Billie Holiday"), Mo’Nique ("Precious"), Caleb McLaughlin ("Stranger Things") and Aunjanue Ellis ("King Richard").

The storyline: A family living in a Pittsburgh home experience strange, demonic occurrences that convince them and the community that the house is a portal to hell.

The film's casting department seeks paid extras, ages 6-and-up, to portray various townspeople. They could work one or two days between mid-June through the end of August.

The pay is $175 per day, expecting a 12-hour or less day.

Netflix requires vaccinations for performers and background actors working on set. For all roles being filled by a minor (anyone under 18 years old), their on-set parent or guardian must be fully vaccinated.

Any interested person who can't attend the open call at the church, in Pittsburgh's Sheraden neighborhood, also can email their photo, name, phone number, age, address, height and weight to MosserExtras@gmail.com with subject line “LEE DANIELS”.
