The email invited the fans to review their queue and move their must-watch movies to the top by clicking a red button before August 29. The bad news is that the promotion is available only for U.S. residents only.

How many DVDs can you win?
Fans can win up to 10 DVDs.
As a farewell gift, Netflix will send up to 10 discs to fans subscribing to the promotion. If you participate in the giveaway, you should check your mailbox regularly, as Netflix won’t let anyone know if they won and how many red envelopes they’re receiving. The DVDs will come to your house once the DVD service is shut down forever.
Why is Netflix ending its DVD service?
Netflix is ending its DVD rental service because it’s not as popular as before.
Once, the rental service saved Netflix from deep waters, but that time is gone. With the streaming era taking over, the DVD mailing kept shrinking. According to the company, the service reached its highest at 40 million subscribers.
People still have until September 29 to get their favorite movies on DVD from Netflix before the service shuts down forever.
