Netflix has announced five new cast members to join Hilary Swank and Josh Charles in Swan’s upcoming astronaut drama “Away.” Talitha Bateman, Ato Essandoh, Mark Ivanir, Ray Panthaki and Vivian Wu will star alongside Swank and Charles in the 10-episode series from Universal Television, True Jack Productions, and 6th & Idaho. “Away” centers on Emma Green (Swank), an American astronaut who must leave her husband, NASA engineer Matt Logan (Charles), and their teenage daughter Alexis (Bateman) behind to command an international space crew embarking upon a treacherous mission.
