National Concert Week deal will offer $25 tickets for more than a dozen Milwaukee shows
Concert behemoth Live Nation's annual National Concert Week deals were announced Wednesday, and they cover a bunch of shows in Milwaukee.
And Summerfest, as it has done in the past, joined in on the deal as well.
From May 8-14, Live Nation again will offer $25 tickets for more than 5,000 concerts nationwide by more than 900 acts under its umbrella.
More than a dozen Milwaukee shows are included in the deal, including several at American Family Insurance Amphitheater and BMO Pavilion before and after Summerfest. The deals also cover one stadium concert — Green Day at American Family Field.
According to social media posts by Summerfest's American Family Insurance Amphitheater and information from Madison concert-promotion outfit FPC Live (Live Nation has a controlling interest in FPC's parent, Frank Productions), these Milwaukee concerts are included in the $25 ticket deal. (Note: Discount availability may be limited for some shows.)
Editor's note: More concerts were added at the start of National Concert Week.
Also, Pink's October concert at Fiserv Forum, along with show in August by Fuerza Regida at the Bucks arena, had been among the shows announced as part of the deal when the National Concert Week promotion was announced, but as of late morning on May 8, they were no longer available. According to Fiserv Forum, the limited inventory of $25 Pink tickets sold out quickly.
