National Coffee Day is Friday, Sept. 29, and local coffee shops and cafes are celebrating with coffee freebies, deals and specials. From lattes and drip coffee to complimentary sweets, here's where to go.
Cafe CoCo, Shrewsbury: choice of a free macaron with the purchase of the shop's National Coffee Day drink, the Cozy Campfire Nutella latte; buy one drip coffee, get one free; or free drip coffee with the purchase of a food item.
California Cold Co., Manalapan: buy one regular iced cold brew, get one free
Coffee at Noon, Spring Lake and Bay Head: Buy one coffee chip, get one free: These chips cover a large hot coffee or entitle the bearer to $3 off a drink.
