Balancing a full course load at University of Southern California with a modeling career is not an easy feat — but Natalia Bryant handles it with grace.

Natalia, who is fronting Victoria Secret PINK's newest spring campaign, opened up to PEOPLE about embracing the moment as she navigates her busy schedule.

"If someone says [being a full-time student] is not difficult, they're lying because it is," Natalia, 21, the eldest daughter of late Lakers star Kobe Bryant tells PEOPLE exclusively. "That in itself is a full-time job. But I do think that having a great support team, family and friends has been the most important thing."

In the modeling world, Natalia says she wants to "embrace everything that's coming." She recently made her run debut with Versace at Milan Fashion Week — and she hopes to do more runway work in the future.

"I love having an open mind. In regards to having a full-time school schedule and also balancing modeling, I do think that you need to just embrace whatever the future has in store," she says.

The launch of her new PINK campaign was celebrated with a recent brunch at The Pendry in West Hollywood, where she wore the PINK Poplin Button Down and Cambridge Knit Sweater. For Natalia, this is a nostalgic collaboration as her earliest memories with the brand involved trips to the mall with mom Vanessa Bryant.

"I used to love going to the mall and going to Pink and picking out sweat sets or even their pajama sets," she says.

The campaign varies from loungewear to trendy workout sets and undergarments, which are all offered in various colors and patterns. Meanwhile, Natalia, who loves a layered look, says the collection goes "hand-in-hand" with her effortless style.

"There's such classic pieces," she says. "I love pairing my jeans or cute trousers with sweaters or even a cute button up."

Growing up, Natalia always looked up to mom Vanessa, 41, for style tips. Now, she asks to borrow things from her closet from time to time.

"I think everybody's mothers has some sort of inspiration on their daughter's style. And even my mom, she does love layering her outfits and she loves layering her jewelry," she says. "So that has been one of the biggest influences in my life in fashion and outside of fashion."

Adding, "If she lets me borrow some of her pieces, then it's the best day in the world."

As the eldest, Natalia also loves seeing fashion through the lens of her sisters.

"My sisters are such fashionistas, especially my little sister Bianka, who's seven. She is such a strong personality and she knows what she wants. She wakes up, she knows what she wants to wear, she knows how to style, she'll know how to style me," she says.

She continues, "She's like, 'I think you should wear this jacket with these jeans.' And so having little sisters has been an amazing experience. It's so awesome to be able to see fashion and see life through their eyes."
