Naples restaurant news: Temping new Vietnamese on Davis, Hawaiian bowls, burritos on Livingston

It’s a family affair this week for new restaurants in Naples.

From a pop who owns another popular spot plus sisters-in-law debuting their first food venture, this week’s new finds will tempt you.

Vietnamese cuisine at Pho An

Sisters-in-law co-owners Hanh Nguyen and Thuong Pham, who serves as chef, opened Pho An late June. They hail from Nha Trang, a coastal resort city in Vietnam. This is their first restaurant and it was slammed on Saturday afternoon.

“The reason we opened our business is the love of cooking. We want to bring our pho and other Vietnamese cuisine to everybody since there are not many Vietnamese restaurants in town,” said Nguyen.

Appetizers are $7.50; banh mi sandwiches are $8.50; phos, buns and rice platters are priced $16.50 and $17.50.
