Back in September, the pair showed fans what life as a supermodel was like in the Apple TV+ docuseries, The Super Models. Throughout the four episodes, Campbell, Turlington, Cindy Crawford and Linda Evangelista gave fans a sneak peek into their lives in the industry.

"My sisters Christy, Linda, Cindy and I are extremely thrilled to share our story with the world," Campbell wrote in an October post about the show. "We hope our journey seen in the docuseries will encourage, motivate and inspire young people around the world."

The four women were also executive producers of the limited series, which was first announced in October 2020 — years before its September 2023 release. They also were on the cover of Vogue and British Vogue's fashion issues that same month.

"I am so excited to reunite with @cindycrawford , @naomi , @lindaevangelista for the September cover of @voguemagazine @britishvogue which played a huge role in each of our careers from the start," Turlington said about the covers on her Instagram. "Being together on a shoot again brought back so many fun memories. Thank you #AnnaWintour @edward_enninful #Sally Singer @rafaelpavarotti_ @stephane_marais_officiali@eugenesouleiman and everyone who helped make these days so special."

The iconic models coming together for the covers of Vogue brought back ‘90s nostalgia for them and their fans.

“My reaction was, is this really happening?” Campbell told the publication in a behind-the-scenes video of the shoot. “Just to get us all together shooting with Edward [Enninful] and Anna [Wintour], it was a joy,” she added.

“I'm blessed that I came up at that time, I wouldn't have wanted to come up at another time,” continued Campbell in the Vogue cover interview, “There was a sisterhood there, defined by caring and loyalty: When one is down you pick the other one up.”
