Nancy Sinatra’s Former Beverly Hills Home Sells, Above Asking, for $3 Million

Nancy Sinatra’s former home in Beverly Hills has just sold for $3 million, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
The groovy “These Boots Were Made for Walkin'” singer lived in the mod midcentury residence in the late 1960s and filmed part of the music video for her 1967 song “I Gotta Get Outta This Town” there.

Photos of Sinatra taken in the house when she lived there show her penchant for a yellow color scheme as well as the singer standing behind the four-bedroom home’s martini bar. She was also photographed on a powder blue bed with her collection of boots.
The house was largely preserved by its longtime owner Orly Frank and by Frank’s parents. The seller, as THR reported exclusively, listed the house for $2.95 million on Oct. 3. “It’s been my family home for 50 years,” said Frank, adding that, “My mom just loved that house so much and so did my dad. It’s a great home. It has all the midcentury modern bones.”
The white-painted, gated house, which was listed with Steve Frankel of Coldwell Banker in Beverly Hills, is nestled in a canyon above the city of Beverly Hills and features a motor court with a modern midcentury entry. Features of the 2,785-square-foot house include the dining room, the original kitchen, a primary suite with a walk-in closet plus three more bedrooms, four baths, a two-car garage and a swimming pool offering views of the hills. The living room’s architectural fireplace, which juts into the room, includes original built-in seating upholstered in yellow.
Frank told THR that she hopes the buyer of the house preserves the property. “It was a wonderful place to grow up, and it was very special,” said Frank.
