N.Y.C. Restaurant Debuts Dog Menu that Features a $42 Steak for Canines
Ever think your dog would make a great dinner date? The Wilson wants to serve you both.
The dog-friendly restaurant, located inside at the INNSiDE by Meliá New York NoMad hotel, just introduced a unique feature: a menu just for dogs.
The Wilson, a In Good Company Hospitality restaurant, claims the menu is the first of its kind.
Not surprisingly, it was a pooch that inspired the addition. The Wilson’s culinary director, Jeff Haskell, created the menu after cooking for his dog Stella.

All the items on the menu should appeal to a pup’s palate and are safe for a dog to eat. And, even though it’s called the “dog menu,” humans can enjoy any of the options as well.
The menu’s star entrée is a $42 grilled ribeye steak that comes with baby vegetables. Dogs can also order salmon, chicken and mixed berries.

Due to regulations from the Department of Health, dogs (unless they are service animals) can only eat outside at The Wilson. The dog menu, which debuted this month, will be available to city canines through the summer. All dog diners must be leashed or in a pet crate to dine at The Wilson.
