The mystery woman kissing Usher in a recent photo has been identified as record exec Jenn Goicoechea.
Usher was recently snapped by photographer Jennifer Johnson at the Hollywood Bowl. In the photo, he is backstage at the venue and standing against a wall. A beautiful woman is seen kissing Usher on the check, while he smiles big.

Fans were going wild trying to figure out who Usher was with. They finally named the woman as Senior Director of A&R at Epic Records, Jenn Goicoechea.
Raymond and Goicoechea were photographed together back in June at Keith Thomas’ 40th birthday party in Atlanta.
The kiss came months after his divorce from Grace Miguel was finalized. Usher recently celebrated his 41st birthday and was surprised by his good friend Jermaine Dupri.
His ex-wife, Tameka Foster, even wrote a sweet message to him. Foster wrote, “Happy Birthday Ush @usher ... Please enjoy this trip around the sun! Usher and Tameka were married in 2007 and divorced in 2009. They share two sons, Usher V and Naviyd.
