“The New Music Seminar is the place where artists, producers, songwriters, managers, publishers, labels, and agents get together with the businesses that use music to drive attention and engagement. Together we must proactively come up with solutions that encourage new business models that will generate new revenue to artists, songwriters and their partners. We predict that the next decade of music will be the greatest the music business has ever seen,” said Silverman in a statement.

NMS’ two featured partners this year are performance rights organizations SoundExchange (returning for its second year) and SESAC.
