August slipped away like the Red Dress Run, and October 2024 will bring Taylor Swift to New Orleans for the Eras Tour.
The worldwide pop star announced on Instagram that she’s adding three shows at the Caesars Superdome from Oct. 25-27, 2024. The announcement comes after Swift couldn’t play in NOLA in 2023 due to renovations at the venue.
The best chance to get tickets to the show is to register as a verified fan through Ticketmaster, but even then it’s not guaranteed you’ll be able to get a ticket.
So, how much will you pay to see Taylor Swift perform in NOLA?
Ticket prices at the Superdome have not yet been announced, but Ticketmaster prices for Eras Tour tickets in Kansas City ranged from $49 to $499, according to the Kansas City Star.
With Ticketmaster selling out quickly, resale ticket prices surged across the U.S.
When Swift performed in Seattle earlier this year, resale tickets popped up on Vivid Seats and SeatGeek, with prices starting in the $1,000 range, the Tacoma News Tribune reported.
In Kansas City, resale tickets cost anywhere from $1,700-$13,000.
The average Swiftie has paid about $1,300 to attend the Eras Tour, according to Business Insider. This could include things like merchandise, parking and other expenses.
