MTV VMAs 2019: Watch Normani Perform “Motivation,” H.E.R. Debut New Song
Tonight, the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards offered back-to-back performances from H.E.R. and Normani. H.E.R. debuted a new song called “Anti.” Normani then took to the stage for a performance of “Motivation” that mirrored the song’s new music video. Watch their performances below.
Normani won in the Best R&B category for “Waves,” which she recorded with rapper 6LACK. Earlier this year, she collaborated with Sam Smith on the single “Dancing With a Stranger.”
This year, H.E.R. has shared songs with YBN Cordae (“Racks”) and DRAM (“The Lay Down”), as well as the single “21.”
