MSCHF's BWD Sneakers Can Be Worn Both Ways

MSCHF, the Brooklyn-based creative studio famously known for its recently viral, Astro Boy-inspired Big Red Boots, is back with another unexpected, wild sneaker design.

Dubbed the BWD, the forthcoming kicks can be worn both forward and backward due to their dual foot entrances. The design looks like two shoes are meshed into one, missing toe boxes and featuring heels on both sides instead.

The kicks feature white leather uppers on one side with rubber soles, as circular perforations are applied to the sides. The shoe clashes with a suede red sneaker on the other side, with MSCHF's branding appearing on the laterals. Both sides of the sneakers are held together with gray and black tongues and black shoelaces. The white side is more of a slip-on mule look, while the other is a skate-inspired look.

Take a closer look above and see how the BWD can be worn in the video down below. The MSCHF BWD will launch on April 11 exclusively via the MSCHF app.
